At VASUKI NFC, most products are custom-made or personalized for each customer. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
We accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered to the customer.
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with order details, product photos, and a clear description of the issue.
Custom printed NFC cards, QR cards, digital profile products, personalized cards, and approved designs cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, design preference, or spelling/design mistakes approved by the customer before printing.
If the product is found defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered after verification, we may offer a replacement, correction, or refund as per the case.
